NeVo GmbH was founded in 2013. NeVo is a partner of Shenmao Technology Inc. with exclusive rights for production and sales of Shenmao’s solder products in EMEA. A wide range of products are available including lead-free solder pastes, solder wires, solder bars, solder spheres, solder preforms and other special products. In 2015 NeVo opened new solder paste manufacturing facility in Brno, Czech Republic. Located in the heart of Brno‘s technology zone, the new facility enabled us to offer customers even greater product quality and improvements in flexibility and reduced lead times. In 2018 NeVo opened another solder paste manufacturing facility in Buchlovice, Czech Republic. NeVo is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
Shenmao Technology Inc. is the third largest solder materials provider, founded in 1973. Shenmao is a strategic manufacturing partner of leading OSAT’s, most of the largest EMS companies and OEM’s. Shenmao insists on using ultra-pure virgin raw materials to produce high quality products. Shenmao has been certified toward to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949.

Since we are a direct manufacturer of solder pastes, we can produce them on demand. Typically we produce the solder pastes within days. Many of our customers already examined us when they needed solder paste urgently. They are always surprised when we ship it the next day
or even on the same day.
Possible products customization
As we are very flexible and understand that production environment is not always ideal, we are able to customize viscosity of our solder pastes toward to your expectations. We simply adjust the amount of flux in the solder paste to make it either more or less viscous for your particular needs.
